Shipping policy

Shipping is free on orders over $100, or a flat rate of $8 for orders under $100, and for your convenience we deliver via Australia Post eParcel to anywhere in Australia.

Upon completion of your purchase, our team will organise for your product to be dispatched as a priority. We will notify you via email when your product is dispatched and provide you with the tracking details. Morfit will dispatch your order within 24 hours on any business day and in most cases, the courier will deliver your parcel within 4-7 working days.

Don't worry if you're not at home when the product/s are delivered. Australia Post will leave your parcel in a safe place, take a photo and advise you of where the parcel has been left. If there is no safe place to leave the parcel Australia Post will leave a card at your home, or send you a digital notification if you have a MyPost personal account, advising you that an attempt has been made to deliver your product. Your new product will then be available to be collected at your local post office. You will find information about the post office location on the card/digital notification from the courier and you’ll have 10 days to collect it before it’s returned to sender.

Should we run out of stock in Australia we may offer to ship your product from New Zealand using NZ Post International Express. In most cases your parcel will be delivered within 8 working days and once it reaches Australia delivery is made by Australia Post. 

Shipping to Canada and UAE: products are sent from Ningbo, China. Please allow two to three weeks for shipping to Canada and one week to UAE. Your products may take up to 10 days to get through Customs into your country and the purchaser is liable to pay for any customs, duty, and import charges.

In the case that our carrier is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by you, your refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach you at point of delivery or otherwise, Morfit is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs or costs to resend the package. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
